It helps customers to reduce TCO by predefined content and centralized management tools for all aspects of technical operations in SAP Solution Manager. Technical Operations is primarily intended for IT and application management departments and consists of the following capabilities: Technical monitoring and alerting, root cause analysis, technical administration, technical analytics, data volume management and configuration validation.
